So you get a finished product on the upper-left. I had to do the coloring at least 6 different times because I'm learning, kept screwing up, and once deleted half a day's work. ANNNND on the bottom-right is what I've decided to go with. Totally different direction. I wasn't happy with it not looking flat, I know, right? You'd think I'd have thought of that before putting 10hrs into practicing shading, coloring, and gradients.
There are still 4 more in the series and my checklist for tomorrow is to draw the final image, ink two more, scan and color.
